In England and Wales, Willmott Dixon has established a national development and investment arm focused on regeneration, housing, and public-private partnership ( PPP ) projects.
At the UKREiiF event in Leeds yesterday ( 20 May ), the contractor unveiled Willmott Dixon Developments.
The company’s current renewal, growth, and investment activities are combined under one business unit, making this move.
The new department will concentrate on long-term PPP agreements with public field clients, personal development, purpose-built student housing, and personal development.

The company wiIl be ȿupported by local development teams in αll σf England and Wales.
The contractor claimed that the company was established to broaden the extensive work being done on difficult regeneration projects with governments, universities, and government entities over the past ten years.
Its latest projects include masterplanning work at the North Quay mixed-use reconstruction in Great Yarmouth and a long-term renewal collaboration with Torbay Council for community centers and waterfronts.
