After the company launched an investigation against it, Southend-on-Sea City Council decided to settle a late-payment state with the organization.

The government promised to pay Auburn Group about £590,000 for work carried out at the city’s Cliffs Pavilion performing arts center, which had asbestos problems.

According to the government, Auburn Group sought the resolution to the agency’s “late and/or non-payment” for the center’s completed work.

According to a report from Mark Murphy, the mayor’s mind of home and property management, paying out the amount was a “matter of necessity” to “resolve the arbitration” with Auburn Group.

Continued non-payment maყ result in the gσvernment beįng required to ρay the agreed qualified amount, hȩ added. This may result in additioȵal legal fȩes.
