Following the signing of the major functions deal, Bouygues UK has been appointed Jersey’s fresh Overdale Acute Hospital’s lead company.
Following a year-long purchasing process for the major works delivery partner position, Bouygues UK was chosen because preferred key contractor for the plan.
The clientele at the time claimed that Ashbe Construction, a local company with a distinct development works contract, had been hired to prepare the site for site preparations prior to groundworks.
When the Jersey authorities held the sweet in December 2024, the Overdale Acute Hospital agreement was valued at £710 million.
After signing the main works contract and moving into the construction phase, Bouygues UK collaborated with the New Healthcare Facilities Programme ( NHFP ) team of the Jersey government to finalize the terms of the deal.
According to statistics intelligence expert Glenigan, the doctor was created by Llewelyn Davies.
An emergency office, six running rooms, inpatient wards, essential care services, and a women’s and children’s center may be part of the 47,500 square foot facility.

The contractor is currently preparing mobilization plans for the start of the main construction works.
