The £22. 6 million additional functions bit for Sussex was taken by Chas Berger Limited.
In Kent and London South West, McConnell, HLS Limited purchased two domestic plans worth$ 299. 3 million and$ 206. 0 million, respectively.
West Sussex inside works contractor Architectural Artists Limited won a £282. 3m deal.
Over 150 proposals were received across the lots during a competitive tendering process.
Kier, Morgan Sindall, Vinci, and Wates were just a few notable fruitless bids.
