To help facilitate the delivery of a wide range of innovation challenge-driven projects, NAPIC ( National Alternative Protein Innovation Centre ) has allocated a sum of £4 million to support UKRI funding-eligible academic and research organizations.

NAPIC aims to bring the producer-to-consumer pain details to life so that cutting-edge other protein systems can be translated into novel products and processes. NAPIC is also creating a very powerful, open innovation ecology that addresses the demands of both current and future customers while reducing their concern about ultra-processing.
