Are you creating cutting-edge, scale-ready automation or technology solutions? For innovative UK-based technology & technology firms, MTC, a member of the High Value Manufacturing Catapult ( HVMC), provides a special financing and help option.

At least two high-impact firms can receive up to £200, 000 in funding to help them promote product development and spur growth in low-automation industries. This pilot program, which runs from November 2025 to March 2026, aims to assist you in moving from a startup to a scale-up company challenge.

Who ought to implement?

We’re searching for ambitious UK-registered companies that are interested in developing robotics and automation technology, particularly those that target:

  • Manufacturing
  • Teleoperation
  • Manufacturing that is lean or green

Your systems should be in the effective design phase of TRL 5 to 7, with a clear way to commercialization and proof of market demand. Is prior money from the private sector or funding from Develop UK ( or another relative ) necessary.

  • a company with a UK registration
  • Product at TRL 5–7 ( active prototype )
  • Financial practicality and a clear business plan for 12+ times post-programme
  • Engagement in the program ( Nov. 2025-Mar. 2026 )
  • commitment to offer suggestions for improving the program
  • Acceptance of MTC’s accepted guidelines for common engagement words and subsidies

How to use

To become considered, send your Part One software by October 5th, 2025. The major ten candidates may ƀe chosen αnd inviƫed to complete Part Two, followed by a workinǥ monįtoring session with MTC to determįne your customized heIp offeɾ. At the end of Octσber, aƫ least two businesses will rȩceive ƒunding and tasks that wiIl launch in November 2025.
