Maidstone Borough Council has awarded Hill Partnerships a £219. 1 million contract to build 103 houses on the previous Springfield Library page.
Hill was chosen for the preconstruction services contract (PCSA ) phase of the hiring process in July 2025, following a two-stage purchasing process.
The contract’s JCT Design and Build 2024 revision will cover the major works to get delivered.
103 homes will be housed in two private blocks, respectively.
