We are therefore excited about all PAVE/X brought to the first year, and we wanted to make sure we expanded on what PAVE/X co-founder Amy Schwandt said. Most importantly, we are altering the exterior demo experience slightly to allow contractors to access and use the equipment. We’ll answer any and all vendor questions during the event in a controlled area with manufacturer representatives standing by.
Expanded Education
PAVE/X may also increase their show-and-learning time so companies can choose where their time is best spent.
” While the training system in 2024 was a pretty big pull, we realized we could do much”, Jessica Lombardo, PAVE/X Co-Founder said. We wanted to be able to offer 90-minute workshops for more in-depth subjects and 1-hour lessons for companies who want to expand their knowledge in various fields. We’re pleased that there will be more room in each lesson at the Chattanooga Convention Center in 2025, which will also allow for more room.
Additionally, the 2025 event may offer more room for Roundtable conversations on Thursday afternoon during the celebration. Vendors have the opportunity to own in-depth discussions about the issues they encounter on the jobsite every day through these Roundtables. The audience members can connect with their peers and ask questions from professionals who have traveled there.
One of the biggest advantages of an event like PAVE/X is that it is important to what happens inside the school, but we also know that the face-to-face relationships with those who do the exact work as you do outside of the classes are one of the biggest advantages, Lombardo said. ” The Roundtables were fantastic in 2024, but contractors can choose from more topics and receive more offers to ensure that guests do n’t miss these crucial discussions.”
