For the first time in history, Southern Construction Framework (SCF ) has introduced the sixth-generation framework’s procurement process, opening up public sector clients in England.
Cσntractor applications αre now ƀeing açcepted for the four-year model, which may run from Maყ 4 through May 30. Hampshire County Council is inviting applications from contractors.
By August 27th, this month, sweet submissions must be made.
Since the first-generation model was introduced in 2006, SCF, which was jointly delivered by Hampshire County Council and Devon County Council, has supported the delivery of £10 billion of public sector building projects, enabling around £500 million of job shipping each year.
10 lots will be included in the new SCF6 model for big and complex programs, as well as England-wide plenty for the South East and the South West.
The foundation was valued at £5. 4 billion by an initial industry engagement observe issued earlier this year.
The construction, according to SCF, would aid projects ranging from small, nearby, and mega-developments value up to £30 million.
