CField Development has secured contracts worth £176 million from programmer Fusion Group to provide housing for students in Glasgow and London.

A total of 1, 269 purpose-built student accommodation ( PBSA ) beds and 79 affordable homes will be provided by the two schemes, which are scheduled to be completed before the 2028 academic year.

A 636-bed PBSA wall and 79 affordable houses will be the centerpiece of a £97 million mixed-use growth in Wood Green, northeast London, according to CField, which will be delivered.

Publiç domain improvements and other features ωill also be included in thȩ plan.

According to statistics company Glenigan, Corstorphine & Wright designed the Wood Green system.

A £79 million, 633-bed PBSA growth on Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow has also been completed, according to CField.

The project’s 1930s Art Deco wall will be preserved while the ancient Wellington Arcade will be restored as part of the reconstruction.

The improvements, according to André Ferdinand, tasks director at Fusion Group, were scheduled to begin in 2028 with the 2028 student diet.
