On the same day that Suffolk County Council’s plans for a £600m arrangement were abandoned, Concertus has begun marketplace research on a £1 billion development framework.
The firm released a preliminary market commitment notice for the four-year contract LINK14 Construction &, Building Services Framework, which covers building and developing services work performed throughout much of England now ( 5 June ).
