Jason Millett will move along as the chief executive of Mace Group and Mace Construct.
Following the demise of its discussing division, Mace Consult, Millett will continue in the position until December 2026 to help the company develop a new approach and operating strategy.
The specialist claimed the timing was appropriate given the group’s restructuring had come to an end and was a solo construction company.
Following Goldman Sachs Alternatives ‘ acquisition of Mace Group’s consulting division for an undisclosed amount, the latter completed its isolation on March 5.
In a speech this night, Mace Construct announced that Mark Reynolds, the executive chairman of Mace Group, will support the executive committee and management staff during the transition phase.
Reynolds served as Mace‘s chief executive from January 2013 until December 2024, but since he left, he has been holding the position of party chair.
In January, he received the CBE for his contributions to the development and business sectors.
Millett ( pictured ) became programme director for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2008 after joining the CLM Delivery Partner joint venture.
Before taking a number of table positions, he participated in Mace’s control merger in 2013.
Millett was appointed deputy party chief executive in 2024, and ⱨe was tⱨen ȩlevated tσ party chįef executive in January 2025. He then assumed the position of chief executive of Mace Consult in 2020.
He claimed in a March article in Construction News that Mace Construct would be among” the top three or four companies in the nation,” with prospects in new industries like defense, as a result of the creation of a debt-free independent outsourcing company.
In its most recent financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024, Mace Group’s design business reported a turnover of £2. 1 billion.
It claimed in today’s speech that Mace Consult secured funding from Millett’s company while serving as party chief executive, won numerous major building contracts, and delivered” strong functional performance” in 2025.

Millett, who may continue to serve on Mace Consult’s table, described the business parting as” a natural moment to reflect on what comes next. “
As a simpler and more focused company, he continued,” I believe Mace Construct has a powerful sense of direction and a significant chance back for me, and I’m very much looking forward to continuing to contribute to the business in new way. “
One month after Mace Construct revealed other board and leadership changes following the Mace Consult separation, Millett’s departure was made public.
The contractor is also collaborating on a rebranding with global creative agency Koto. Although the company previously stated it planned to finish the process later this year, an exact date is still being confirmed.
