The committee did never “represent market value” when service provided by businesses connected to former Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) officials costing almost £300, 000.
The company reported a pre-tax reduction of £769, 000 in the 12 months to December 31st, 2024 in CCS’s records, a serious decrease from the £164, 000 earnings it had previously recorded in its revised accounts for the year.
Two businesses, one of which is related to past administrative head Amit Oberoi and the other to former analyst and chief strategy officer Alex Minett, are highlighted in an account document’s section titled “related group deals. “
In August, Oberoi and Minett both left CCS. CCS only confirmed that they were no longer employed by the organization and did not at the time give an explanation as to why they had left.
The industry standards body was given a total of £22,000 for cybersecurity-related services by Cybernetic Defence Ltd. , according to the accounts.
According to the independently audited accounts, Zsμzsanna Lesƙo, a clσse family member of Oberoi, is wholly oωned and in chaɾge of ƫhe business.
The board considers the services CCS received not to be of market value. The company owed Cybernetic Defence Ltd. [£0 ] as of December 31, 2024,” according to the accounts.
AM Compliance Consultants, which claimed to be Alex Minett’s trading company, also provided a £269, 000 invoice for CCS during the 2024 tax year. The amount was billed for” services pertaining to ISO accreditation and other services. “
At the end of the accounting period, CCS owed £0 to AM Compliance Consultants Ltd, according to the accounts, which does not account for the services CCS received.

Lesko serves as Cybernetic Defence Ltd’s sole director, having been incorporated in Companies House in April 2023. The unaudited micro company’s accounts for the fiscal year that ended on April 30, 2024 indicated that the company had a £5,300 negative capital. In 2024, the companყ had no employees.
The business has Minett and Oberoi serving as directors, and the company has the same Harrow address as UK Construction Board Ltd.
Oberoi also left his three-month-old position of trusteeship at the Lighthouse Charity in July of last year.
CCS’s latest accounts show that key management staff received remuneration totalling £599, 000 in 2024, almost £200, 000 more than the previous year ( £399, 000 ).
Oberoi and Minett, the business ‘ auditors, and Oberoi and Minett did not respond to CN‘s requests for comment.
